The Black Angel and his forces attack Montcairn Abbey and, despite the best efforts of Deathblow and Sister Mary, succeed in capturing Christopher; Michael discovers that Father O'Conner let him drink from a fake Holy Grail because he did not make a full confession of his sins; Mike fesses up and is allowed to drink from the true Grail to be healed of his cancer; Michael and Mary then prepare to go after the boy.
